Outstanding customer service was the key to us winning the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) contract for its annual conferences over the next three years.
And the same care and attention went into the design and implementation of the RCN’s own exhibition stand at the 2014 congress.
The annual RCN Congress brings together thousands of nurses, healthcare professionals to debate, inform and shape healthcare policies.
Working with designer Fluid Ideas and the RCN team, we helped the RCN realise its vision of the stand which showcased the Congress branding.
Says Julie Ballard, corporate relations manager for the Royal College of Nursing, “I just wanted to thank you and the whole team for the tremendous job on the RCN exhibition stand – it looked fantastic and exceeded my expectations.
“The stand this year gave the RCN the opportunity to try something new and marked a departure from our previous stand design. The new design was clean and contemporary. In particular, we really liked the height of the stand, which enabled it be seen throughout the exhibition, and the lighting – this made such a difference and really made the stand come to life.
“Feedback was really positive and for me the key thing was we changed the “culture” of the stand - it was owned by the RCN and members and the quality of conversations and networking on the stand was first class.
“Thank you for the hand holding, sound advice and fantastic customer service. I really loved receiving the photos during build up and I appreciate you taking the time during a busy set up to mail these to me.”
